Nicola De Marco
Nicola de Marco (born August 28, 1990 in Pordenone) is an Italian racing driver. Career Formula Azzurra After a six-year karting career, de Marco moved up to the Formula Azzurra championship with the Durango team in 2006, and was mightily impressive in his one and only Azzurra campaign. Nicola won three races en route to third in the championship, finishing behind Giuseppe Termine and fellow FIA Formula Two Championship racer Mirko Bortolotti. He also competed in the Formula Renault 2.0 Italia Winter Series, finishing joint ninth in the championship with Daniel Zampieri. Formula Three After only one year at a junior single-seater level, de Marco moved up to the Italian Formula Three Championship with Lucidi Motors, and finished the 2007 season with six podiums and a pole position at Vallelunga. Pordenone (; Venetian and fur, Pordenon) is the main ''comune'' of Pordenone province of northeast Italy in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The name comes from Latin ''Portus Naonis'', meaning 'port on the Noncello (Latin ''Naon'') River'. The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (), frequently referred to as ''Spa'', is a motor-racing circuit located in Stavelot, Belgium. It is the current venue of the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix, hosting its first Grand Prix in 1925, and has held a Grand Prix every year since 1985 (except 2003 and 2006). Spa also hosts several other international events including the 24 Hours of Spa, the World Endurance Championship 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps. The Masaryk circuit ( cz, Masarykův okruh) or Masarykring, also referred to as the Brno Circuit, refers to two motorsport race tracks located in Brno, Czech Republic. Circuit Ricardo Tormo, also known as ''Circuit de Valencia'' and officially named ''Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo'', is a motorsport race track located in Cheste (Valencian Community, Spain) and built in 1999. 2009 FIA Formula Two Championship
The 2009 FIA Formula Two Championship season was the first year of the relaunched FIA Formula Two Championship. The championship began on 30 May at the Circuit de Valencia and finished on 1 November at the Circuit de Catalunya, after eight double-header rounds. Andy Soucek was a dominant champion, finishing over 50 points clear of runner-up Robert Wickens. The season was overshadowed by the death of Henry Surtees during the second race at Brands Hatch. Background & championship format The series saw the drivers using a chassis that was built at the WilliamsF1 team's headquarters at Grove in Oxfordshire. The Macau Grand Prix ( pt, Grande Prémio de Macau; ) is a motorsport road race for automobiles and motorcycles held annually in Macau. It is the only street circuit racing event in which both cars and motorcycles participate, and one of only two current national Grand Prix events that are not part of the Formula One World Championship, the other being the New Zealand Grand Prix.
