Nicky Delmonico
Nicholas John Delmonico (born July 12, 1992) is an American former professional baseball outfielder and current hitting coach of the Birmingham Barons, the Double-A Chicago White Sox affiliate. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Chicago White Sox from 2017 to 2020. Career Delmonico attended Farragut High School in Knoxville, Tennessee. In the summer of 2010, he played for the United States national baseball team in the 2010 World Junior Baseball Championship. Baltimore Orioles The Baltimore Orioles selected Delmonico in the sixth round of the 2011 Major League Baseball draft. He broke a commitment to the University of Georgia by signing with the Orioles for a $1,525,000 signing bonus. He did not attend college. The Florida State League (FSL) is a Minor League Baseball league based in the state of Florida. Brevard County Manatees
The Brevard County Manatees were a minor league baseball team of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League from 1994 to 2016. They were based in Viera, Florida, and played their home games at Space Coast Stadium. The team left Brevard County after the 2016 season for Kissimmee, Florida, where they began play in 2017 as the Florida Fire Frogs. The team′s mascot was a manatee. Francisco José Rodríguez, Sr. (born January 7, 1982), nicknamed "Frankie" and "K-Rod", is a Venezuelan former professional baseball pitcher. The Frederick Keys are a collegiate summer baseball team of the MLB Draft League. The Keys are based in Frederick, Maryland. The franchise is named for "Star-Spangled Banner" writer Francis Scott Key, a native of Frederick County. In team sports, a most valuable player award, abbreviated 'MVP award', is an honor typically bestowed upon an individual (or individuals, in the instance of a tie) whose individual performance is the greatest in an entire league, for a particular competition, or on a specific team.
