Nicholas Peter Gerrard Wright (born 9 January 1960) is a former English cricketer. Wright was a left-handed batsman, his bowling style is unknown. He was born in Mill Hill, Middlesex. Wright made his debut for Hertfordshire in the 1980 Minor Counties Championship against Norfolk. Wright played Minor counties cricket for Hertfordshire from 1980 to 1997, which included 76 Minor Counties Championship matches and 21 MCCA Knockout Trophy matches. He made his List A debut against Hampshire in the 1983 NatWest Trophy. He made 6 further List A appearances for the county, the last coming against Warwickshire in the 1991 NatWest Trophy. Nicholas "Nick" Wright (born 25 November 1987) is an English footballer who plays as a striker Wright played in the Football League for Bristol City and Northampton Town while on loan from Birmingham City where he began his career. He went on to play non-league football for a variety of clubs: three years at Tamworth, two with Kidderminster Harriers, and shorter periods for Ashford Town (Kent), Halesowen Town, Mansfield Town, Lincoln City and Worcester City. Wright currently serves as a co-host on Fox Sports 1's '' First Things First'' (''FTF'') alongside Kevin Wildes and Chris Broussard. Sir Nicholas Alcwyn Wright is a British professor and medical doctor. He was the Warden of Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Wright attended Bristol Grammar School and Durham Medical School accepted him straight into the second year before he graduated in 1965 and proceeded to achieve two post-graduate degrees in pathology at Newcastle University. He was Professor of Pathology at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School at the Hammersmith Hospital, and then became the Dean of the Royal Postgraduate Medical School before becoming the Deputy Principal of the Imperial College School of Medicine in 1998. Nicholas Verney Wright (born 1940 in Cape Town, South Africa) is a British dramatist. Biography Nicholas Wright was born in Cape Town, attended Rondebosch Boys' School and from the age of six was a child actor on radio and on the stage. He came to London in 1958 to train as an actor at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and subsequently worked as a floor-assistant in BBC Television and as a runner in film, notably John Schlesinger's ''Far From the Madding Crowd''.
