Nguyễn Vũ Phong
Nguyễn Vũ Phong (born February 6, 1985) is a Vietnamese footballer who plays and manager for Vĩnh Long FC. Nguyễn Vũ Phong was a member of Vietnam national football team. Phong is best known for his speed, shooting, and tackling skill. He was also the first Vietnamese footballer to receive a call-up to the Vietnam national football team from the Vietnamese Second Division in 2006. 2011 AFC Asian Cup Qualification
The 2011 AFC Asian Cup qualification saw various countries take part to determine 10 spots to the final tournament in Qatar under the new qualification system set by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Vietnamese National Football Super Cup ( vi, Siêu cúp bóng đá Việt Nam), also called the Thaco National Football Super Cup due to sponsorship reasons, is Vietnamese football's annual match contested between the champions of the previous V.League 1 season and the holders of the Vietnamese Cup. Vietnamese Golden Ball ( vi, Quả bóng vàng Việt Nam), also referred to as ''Vietnamese Footballer of the Year'', is an annual association football award for the best performances of Vietnamese footballer over the previous year. 2007 ASEAN Football Championship
The 2007 AFF Championship was the 6th edition of the AFF Championship, the football championship of Southeast Asia. The group stage was co-hosted by Singapore and Thailand from 12 to 17 January. Knockout stage with two-leg Home-and-away format was hosted from 23 January to 4 February 2007. It was renamed from the Tiger Cup, due to the cup's main sponsor, Tiger Beer, not continuing their title sponsorship. This was the last event held at Singapore's National Stadium before its redevelopment. The ASEAN Football Federation Championship (less formally the AFF Championship or AFF Cup), currently known as the AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup for sponsorship reason, is the primary association football tournament organized by the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF).
