Nguyễn Văn Tùng
Nguyễn Văn Tùng (born 2 June 2001) is a Vietnamese professional football player, footballer who plays as a Forward (association football)#Striker, striker for V.League 1 club Hanoi FC and the Vietnam national football team, Vietnam national team. Club career Early career Nguyễn Văn Tùng initiated his football journey at the Gia Lam Sports Center. After a brief stint with the U16 Hanoi team, his career faced a two-year interruption due to injury. In 2019, he returned to the U19 Hanoi squad, scoring 6 goals in 5 matches and helping the team clinch the U19 National Championship. Hanoi FC On 26 June 2022, Nguyễn Văn Tùng was named on the substitutes bench for a match against Nam Dinh FC in the V.League 1. The Vietnam national football team ( vi, Đội tuyển bóng đá quốc gia Việt Nam) represents the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in international football and is controlled by the Vietnam Football Federation, the governing body of football in Vietnam. Vietnamese National Football Cup ( vi, Giải Bóng đá Cúp Quốc Gia Việt Nam), now officially recognized as the BaF Meat National Cup for sponsorship reasons, is a Vietnamese football competition. It is one of the most important club competitions in Vietnam. The Vietnamese Cup was first held in 1992. Cảng Sài Gòn was the first cup winners. Format Entry is open to all teams that compete in the V.League 1 (Champions League) and the V.League 2 (First League). The two teams that reach the final are exempt from the preliminary rounds of next year's competition. The cup winners qualify for the AFC Cup (relative equivalent of the UEFA Europa League). 2023 AFC Asian Cup
The 2023 AFC Asian Cup will be the 18th edition of the AFC Asian Cup, the quadrennial international men's football championship of Asia organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). It will involve 24 national teams after expansion in 2019, with Qatar as the defending champions. The tournament was originally scheduled to be held in China from 16 June to 16 July 2023. On 14 May 2022, the AFC announced that China would not host the tournament due to the circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and China's Zero-COVID policy. The 2022 Vietnamese National Cup ( vi, Giải bóng đá Cúp Quốc gia 2022) (known as the BaF Meat-National Cup 2022 for sponsorship reasons) was the 30th edition of the Vietnamese Cup, the football knockout competition of Vietnam organized by the Vietnam Football Federation.
