Nguyễn Trần Việt Cường (born 27 December 2000) is a Vietnamese professional footballer who plays as a winger or striker for V.League 1 club Becamex Bình Dương. Club career Born in Bình Dương, Việt Cường was a youth product of Becamex Bình Dương. In 2017, he was promoted to the first team of Becamex Bình Dương. On 6 October 2017, Việt Cường made his professional debut in his team's 2–1 win against SHB Đà Nẵng as part of the Vietnamese Cup semi finals. This made him the first player born in the 21st century to appear in a professinal match in Vietnam. On 24 August 2019, Việt Cường scored his first career goal, in Becamex Bình Dương's 1–0 V.League 1 win against Than Quảng Ninh. 2016 AFC U-16 Championship
The 2016 AFC U-16 Championship was the 17th edition of the AFC U-16 Championship, the biennial international youth football championship organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-16 national teams of Asia. The tournament was held in India, as announced by the AFC on 3 June 2015, and was played between 15 September and 2 October 2016. A total of 16 teams played in the tournament. Same as previous editions, the tournament acted as the AFC qualifiers for the FIFA U-17 World Cup. The top four teams of the tournament qualified for the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup also in India as the AFC representatives, besides India who qualified automatically as hosts. If India were among the top four teams, three play-off matches would be played to decide the fifth-placed team which also qualify for the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup; however, this was not necessary as India were eliminated in the group stage. 2016 AFF U-16 Youth Championship
The 2016 AFF U-16 Youth Championship was the 11th edition of the AFF U-16 Youth Championship, organised by the ASEAN Football Federation for the men's under-16 national teams of Southeastern Asia. It is hosted by Cambodia for the third time after the 2007 AFF U-17 Youth Championship and 2015 AFF U-16 Youth Championship, and won by Australia. It is played between 10 July to 23 July 2016. A total of 11 teams played in the tournament. The Indonesian Football Association was suspended by football's world governing body FIFA because of government interference in the Southeast Asian country's national league on 30 May 2015 but this was lifted on 13 May 2016. However, Indonesia withdrew from the tournament. Players born on or after 1 January 2000 are eligible to compete in the tournament. SHB Da Nang Football Club (), simply known as SHB Da Nang, is a Vietnamese professional football club based in Da Nang that plays in the top division in Vietnamese football, V.League 1. The club was known as Quang Nam-Da Nang FC ( vi, Câu lạc bộ Bóng đá Quảng Nam-Đà Nẵng) prior to the 2007–08 season, when it was bought out by the Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB).
