Nguyễn Thanh Nhân (born 25 October 2000) is a Vietnamese professional footballer who plays as a left-back for V.League 1 club Hoàng Anh Gia Lai and the Vietnam national team. Club career A graduate from Hoang Anh Gia Lai – Arsenal JMG Academy, Thanh Nhân was promoted to the first team in 2022 to become Nguyễn Phong Hồng Duy's back-up at the left-back position. He made his first league debut on 7 February 2022 in the 1–1 draw Topenland Bình Định. On 28 April 2022, Thanh Nhân had his first AFC Champions League appearance in the 0–2 defeat against Japanese side Yokohama F. Marinos, replacing Nguyễn Công Phượng in the 54th minute. Nguyễn Thanh Nhàn (born 28 July 2003) is a Vietnamese professional footballer who plays as a winger or a forward for V.League 2 club PVF-CAND and the Vietnam national team. Early career Born in Tây Ninh, Thanh Nhàn started his youth career by participating in local youth football tournaments. His talent quickly impressed the local football managers, who advised him to take part in the admission test of youth football academies. Although in 2013 Thanh Nhàn was admitted to PVF Football Academy, he couldn't join the academy for personal reasons. In 2014, he joined Tây Ninh youth academy. The 2022 AFC U-23 Asian Cup was the 5th edition of the AFC U-23 Asian Cup (prior to 2021 known as the AFC U-23 Championship), a biennial international age-restricted football championship organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-23 national teams of Asia. Penalty Shoot-out (association Football)
A penalty shoot-out (officially kicks from the penalty mark) is a tie-breaking method in association football to determine which team is awarded victory in a match that cannot end in a draw, when the score is tied after the normal time as well as extra time (if used) have expired. In a penalty shoot-out, each team takes turns shooting at goal from the penalty mark, with the goal defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. Each team has five shots which must be taken by different kickers; the team that makes more successful kicks is declared the victor. Shoot-outs finish as soon as one team has an insurmountable lead.
