Newfield Secondary School
Newfield Secondary School is a coeducational secondary school with Academy (English school), academy status for 11–16-year-old children, situated in the south of the city of Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England, specifically in the Norton Lees area. It is co-located with Talbot Specialist School with which it has some collaborative arrangements. There are approximately just over 1000 students at the school. The current headteacher is Mrs E Anderson, who was originally appointed the post as co-headteacher with Mr D Webster, who later went on to be headteacher at Mercia School. in October 2015. In 2013 the school was sponsored to become an academy as part of its ongoing partnership with King Ecgbert School in Sheffield, with Lesley Bowes assuming the role of executive headteacher. Academy (English School)
An academy school in England is a state-funded school which is directly funded by the Department for Education and independent of local authority control. Hartlepool United
Hartlepool United Football Club is a professional association football club based in Hartlepool, County Durham, England. The team competes in League Two, the fourth tier of the English football league system. They were founded in 1908 as Hartlepools United Football Athletic Company. West Hartlepool won the FA Amateur Cup in 1905 and after the club was dissolved in 1910 its assets and liabilities were subsequently taken over by Hartlepools United, who were then playing in the North Eastern League. Jeffrey Edward Eckhardt (born 7 October 1965) is an English former professional footballer. A centre-half, he was highly regarded by fans both for his commitment and footballing skills.
