New Wave Kitakyushu
is a Japanese football club based in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture. They currently play in the third tier of Japanese football as they were relegated after the 2021 season. History Mitsubishi Chemical SC (1947 –2000) The club was formed in 1947 as part of Mitsubishi Chemical's Kurosaki factory. The club was a founding member of Kyushu regional league since 1973. Most of its career was spent in the regional and prefectural leagues, as Kitakyushu was represented in the Japan Soccer League by Yahata Steel F.C. Yahata was a founding member of the JSL in 1965, and finished as runner-up in its first two seasons in that league. Yahata was renamed New Nippon Steel F.C. in 1970, when Yahata Steel merged with Fuji Steel to form (New) Nippon Steel. Mikuni World Stadium Kitakyushu
is an association football and rugby union stadium located in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It has a capacity of 15,300, and it opened on 18 February 2017 with a rugby union match. Giravanz Kitakyushu have been tenants since 2017. It has been called Mikuni World Stadium Kitakyushu for the naming rights. On 16 September 2019 the Welsh national rugby team practised at this stadium in front of a full house – officially 15,300 seated, with more standing. Arte Takasaki
was a Japanese football club based in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture, formerly of the Japan Football League. Their team colours were black and red. ''Arte'' means art in Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. History The club was founded as Makkī F.C. Kantō in 1996. Educational Corporation Horikoshi Gakuen took over the club in 2000. The reorganised club was briefly called Gunma F.C. Fortona but rebranded as Gunma F.C. Horikoshi due to a trademark issue. The club won all the games in the 2000 Gunma Prefecture League Division 2. They won the 2001 Division 1 championship again without dropping any point. They won the Kanto Regional League Division 1 in 2003 and gained a JFL status in 2004 after winning the play-off. It has the longest tradition of any football match in Japan, dating back to 1921, before the formation of the J.League, Japan Football League and their predecessor, Japan Soccer League. In sports leagues, promotion and relegation is a process where teams are transferred between multiple divisions based on their performance for the completed season. Leagues that use promotion and relegation systems are often called open leagues. In a system of promotion and relegation, the best-ranked team(s) in the lower division are ''promoted'' to the higher division for the next season, and the worst-ranked team(s) in the higher division are ''relegated'' to the lower division for the next season. 2022 J3 League
The 2022 J3 League, referred to as the for sponsorship reasons, was the 9th season of J3 League under its current name and the last season to not feature relegation, as from 2023, relegation from the J3 League to the JFL will be made possible. Iwaki FC won the J3 title for the first time in their history, in their debut campaign at the J3 League, just a year after being promoted from the JFL. is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a forward for club Shimizu S-Pulse. Club career In 2019, Disaro joined J3 League team Giravanz Kitakyushu after playing for Hosei University. In his debut season, he scored 16 goals and helped Giaravanz gain promotion to the J2 League. is a Japanese football manager and a former player. Playing career Kobayashi was born in Unzen on August 24, 1960. After graduating from Osaka University of Commerce, he joined Mazda in 1983.
