The New Stations Fund is a programme by the United Kingdom Department for Transport to partially fund new railway stations in conjunction with local authorities or developers. Pye Corner railway station is a station serving a residential area in the west of Newport, Wales, between the suburbs of Bassaleg and High Cross. It opened on 14 December 2014. History Proposal A report published by the South East Wales Transport Alliance (Sewta) in 2006 envisaged the extension of services on the Ebbw Valley Railway to Newport and the addition of new stations at and Pye Corner. Ilkeston Railway Station
Ilkeston railway station serves the town of Ilkeston, Derbyshire, England. It is located at the site of the former Ilkeston Junction and Cossall station, on the Midland Main Line between Nottingham and Langley Mill. It is served by Northern Nottingham to Leeds services and by East Midlands Railway. Kenilworth Railway Station
Kenilworth railway station is a railway station in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, England on the Coventry to Leamington Line. Warrington West Railway Station
Warrington West is a railway station on the Liverpool–Manchester line. The station, situated east of Liverpool Lime Street, serves the civil parish of Great Sankey, Warrington in Cheshire, England. Reading Green Park Railway Station
Reading Green Park railway station is a railway station under construction in Reading, Berkshire, England. The station is intended to serve the Green Park business area and the Madejski Stadium, as well as the proposed Green Park Village residential development. It will be on the Reading to Basingstoke Line, south of Southcote Junction. The station, which has planning permission from Reading Borough Council and funding in place from the Government, was set to open in late 2020 but its completion was delayed by the coronavirus pandemic.
