''New Stage'' is a web series starring Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino as Angel Adonis, a famous hip-hop star and lead judge on a reality television singing competition. Directed by Joshua David Evans and produced by YOBI.tv, the series reveals the extent to which Producer Frank Rossi (Dom Chizzoniti) must go with his judges—Angel-A (Mike Sorrentino), Lola Lathers (Ashley Gerke), and Rufus Middleton ( Ben Green) -- his cast, and his entire crew to ensure the show's success. Michael Paul Sorrentino (born July 4, 1982), also known as The Situation, is an American television personality. He appeared on all six seasons of the MTV reality show ''Jersey Shore'' from 2009 through 2012 and returned to the franchise with '' Jersey Shore: Family Vacation''. Early life Sorrentino was born in the New York City borough of Staten Island and raised in Manalapan Township, New Jersey, where he graduated from Manalapan High School in 1999. He obtained an associate degree from Brookdale Community College and attended Kean University and Monmouth University. Career Sorrentino was a cast member of ''Jersey Shore'', which ran from 2009 to 2012. Ben Rufus Green is an actor and comedian from Canterbury, Kent, England, known for playing David in '' The Cockfields'', and his own sketch comedy videos. His work can be seen on YOBI.tv, Funny or Die, YouTube, and MySpace. His alias on these websites is ''greensville''. Green has been writing and acting in sketches since 2006. Gregory Douglass
Gregory Douglass (born December 19, 1980) is an American singer-songwriter. Douglass plays lead guitar and piano. Background Douglass was born and raised in rural Vermont, performing in musical theater and winning local talent shows in his early teens. He taught himself to play the piano and guitar by age 14, and began writing his own original songs throughout junior high. While attending Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, Douglass composed and recorded the material for his first two albums.
