Fernando Rodríguez Trueba (born 18 January 1955), known as Fernando Trueba, is a Spanish book editor, screenwriter, film director and producer. Between 1974 and 1979, he worked as a film critic for Spain's leading daily newspaper '' El País''. ''Heart of the Warrior'' () is a 2000 Spanish action-adventure film directed and written by Daniel Monzón, which stars Fernando Ramallo, Joel Joan and Neus Asensi, also featuring Santiago Segura, Adrià Collado, and Javier Aller, among others. Francesc Betriu was a Catalan filmmaker. He was born in the town of Organyà, Lleida in 1940. ''Corazón solitario'' marked his feature film debut in 1973, a film that is now rarely seen. This was followed by films such as ''Furia española'' (1974) and ''Los fieles sirvientes'' (1980). One of his best-known works is ''La plaça del Diamant'' (1982), an adaptation of a novel by Mercè Rodoreda. He then adapted Ramón J.
