Adele Neuhauser (born 17 January 1959 in Athens, Greece) is an Austrian actress. She began her career as a theater actress. Later she also worked for television and cinema. She is a member of the Akademie des Österreichischen Films. Life Adele Neuhauser was born in Athens but moved at the age of four with her family from Greece to Vienna, where she grew up. Her mother left the family with Neuhauser's half-brother and Neuhauser and her brother stayed with their Greek father George. Later she grew up alone with him. Claudia Maria Neuhauser (born 1962) is a mathematical biologist. whose research concerns spatial ecology. She also investigates computational biology and bioinformatics. Education and career As a student, Neuhauser studied mathematics and physics. She graduated from Heidelberg University in 1988, and earned a Ph.D. in mathematics from Cornell University in 1990 with a dissertation on ergodic theory supervised by Rick Durrett. She became a mathematics professor at the University of Minnesota in 1996, and moved to the Rochester campus of the same university in 2008 before returning to the Twin Cities campus in 2013. Frank Louis Neuhauser (September 29, 1913 – March 11, 2011) was an American patent lawyer and spelling bee champion, who won the first National Spelling Bee (now known as the Scripps National Spelling Bee) in 1925 by successfully spelling the word "gladiolus". He was 11 years old when he won the spelling bee. Early life Neuhauser was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on September 29, 1913, to German American parents. His father, a stonemason, worked on spelling with his son on weekends if the weather was bad. National Spelling Bee Neuhauser defeated nine finalists on stage, who had been whittled down from approximately two million schoolchildren, to win the first ever National Spelling Bee, held in Washington D.C. in June 1925. He had prepared for the bee by copying the dictionary into a blank notebook. Georg Neuhauser (born February 22, 1982) is an Austrian metal vocalist, best known as the lead vocalist and songwriter for the Austrian symphonic power metal band Serenity. He helped create the stable line up of Serenity in 2004, and has released 4 full-length albums and 1 demo with the band. He has also appeared as guest vocalist on several albums, including Score to a New Beginning by Fairyland and The Human Contradiction by Delain. Leopold Neuhauser
Leopold Neuhauser (born Innsbruck, 18th century – died after 1813) was an Austrian musician, composer of instrumental works, and virtuoso of the guitar and mandolin. He lived in Vienna in the early 19th century, where he taught music and composed. He was part of a "guitar bloom" which ran in Vienna from 1800 through around 1850, as virtuosos from around Austria moved to Vienna. The players began incorporating their regional folk-tunes " alpine influences" into their music, writing Ländler dances and expanding the repertoire of classical guitar. Born in New York City, Neuhauser received her bachelor's degree from Radcliffe College and her law degree from University of Iowa College of Law. Neuhauser Straße is part of the first and largest pedestrian zone in Munich's Old Town. Here, many retail shops and restaurants are to be found. Location and direction The road runs almost straight ahead in the southeast-northwest direction out of town, from the intersection Färbergraben, or Augustinerstraße, to Karlsplatz (Stachus). It has a length of about 350 meters. In the direction of Marienplatz, Neuhauser Straße becomes Kaufingerstraße. Below the Neuhauser Straße and the Kaufingerstraße are the main lines of the Munich S-Bahn, S-Bahn that runs between the stops Marienplatz and Karlsplatz. Donald Louis Newhauser (born November 7, 1947) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Boston Red Sox from 1972 to 1974. Listed at and , he threw and batted right-handed. Biography Newhauser played high school baseball for Monsignor Edward Pace High School in Miami Gardens, Florida. He then played college baseball at Broward Community College. He was selected by the Boston Red Sox in the second round of the 1967 MLB draft. Newhauser began his professional baseball career in 1967 with the Greenville Red Sox, a Red Sox farm team in the Western Carolinas League. He reached the Triple-A level in 1971, with the Louisville Colonels.
