The Nenets Constituency (No. 221) is a Russian legislative constituency in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The constituency is the only one in Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and occupies the whole of its territory. Sergey Kotkin
Sergey Kotkin (russian: Сергей Николаевич Коткин; born 11 March 1956, Malotenginskaya, Krasnodar Krai) is a Russian political figure and deputy of the 7th and 8th State Dumas. In 1982, Kotkin started his career at the Federal Security Service, first as an ordinary detective and later as the head of a department. From 2000 to 2009, he worked at the customs terminal "Viba". From 2005 to 2014, he was the deputy of the Assembly of Deputies of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. From November to 2016, he was secretary at the Nenets regional branch of "United Russia". Rodina (political Party)
The All-Russian Political Party "Rodina" (russian: Всероссийская политическая партия «Родина», Vserossiyskaya politicheskaya partiya "Rodina") is a nationalist political party in Russia. It was a coalition of thirty nationalist groups that was established by Dmitry Rogozin,Bryant, Jordan"Rodina" School of Russian and Asian Studies. Sergey Glazyev, Sergey Baburin, Viktor Gerashchenko, Georgy Shpak, Valentin Varennikov and others in August 2003. The party's ideology combines "patriotism, nationalism, and a greater role for the government in the economy", and is described as pro-Kremlin. Its headquarters is located in Moscow.
