Nenad Jestrović
Nenad Jestrović (Serbian Cyrillic: Ненад Јестровић; born 9 May 1976) is a Serbian former professional footballer who played as a forward. Club career Jestrović started his playing career with Radnički Obrenovac in the early 1990s. He then played for OFK Beograd in the First League of FR Yugoslavia, before moving abroad for the first time in the summer of 1997. Jestrović spent three years in France, representing SC Bastia (1997–1998) and Metz (1998–2000). He then moved to Belgian club Mouscron, having a lot of success in the 2000–01 season. Jestrović spent the best years of his career at Anderlecht (2001–2005), becoming the Belgian First Division top scorer in the 2004–05 season. He made a total of 80 league appearances and scored 55 goals, before leaving the Brussels club in January 2006. Obrenovac
Obrenovac ( sr-cyr, Обреновац, ) is a municipality of the city of Belgrade. According to the 2011 census results, the municipality has a population of 71,419 inhabitants, while the urban area has 24,568 inhabitants. The largest Serbian thermal power plant TPP Nikola Tesla is located on the outskirts of the municipality. Obrenovac was also submerged and completely evacuated during the 2014 Southeast Europe floods. Geography Obrenovac is situated 30 km south-west of central Belgrade near bends of the river Sava to the north. The river Kolubara flows to the east of the town on its way to join the Sava. The First League of Serbia and Montenegro ( sr, Прва савезна лига / Prva savezna liga) was the top football league of Serbia and Montenegro, before the country's dissolution in 2006. The league was formed following the breakup of Yugoslavia in 1992, effectively succeeding the Yugoslav First League. The league was renamed the Serbia and Montenegro SuperLiga prior to its final 2005–06 season. From 1993 to 1998, the league abandoned the traditional single-league structure, which was used in the first season, and the division was split into two groups; Group A (known as IA) for the top-seeded teams and Group B (IB) for the other teams. The 2007–08 Serbian SuperLiga (known as the Meridian SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons) was the second since its establishment in 2006. Red Star Belgrade were the defending SuperLiga champions, having won their twenty-fifth national title the season before. The SuperLiga changed its format from this season. The League was no longer divided into a playoff and play-out group midway through the campaign. Instead the 12 teams played each other three times in a conventional league format.
