Neil Taylor (footballer)
Neil John Taylor (born 7 February 1989) is a Welsh former professional footballer who played as a left-back. A former Manchester City trainee, he began his career with Wrexham in 2007 and moved to Swansea City for an initial £150,000 in 2010, going on to make 179 appearances for the Swans. He joined Aston Villa in January 2017 as part of a swap for Jordan Ayew, and made 103 total appearances. After being released, he signed for Middlesbrough in November 2021, where he played for the final season of his career. Taylor made his full international debut for Wales in 2010, and earned 43 caps up to 2019. He was part of their squad which reached the semi-finals at UEFA Euro 2016, and also represented Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics on home soil. York City
York City Football Club is a professional association football club based in the city of York, North Yorkshire, England. As of the 2022–23 season, the team compete in the National League, at the fifth tier of the English football league system. The English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, the league is the oldest such competition in the world. Marc Richard Williams (born 27 July 1988) is a Welsh footballer who plays as a forward for Llandudno. Career Williams came through the youth system at Wrexham and made his first-team debut in January 2006 against Rushden & Diamonds, in which he and his brother became the seventh pair of brothers to represent Wrexham. In the following month, he made his debut for the Wales Under-21 side against Northern Ireland Under-21. He scored two goals in his next game for the Welsh Under-21 side against Israel Under-21 in August 2006. The Racecourse Ground ( cy, Y Cae Ras) is a football stadium in Wrexham, Wales. It is the home of Wrexham A.F.C. It is the world's oldest international football stadium that still hosts international matches, having hosted Wales' first home international match in 1877, and has hosted more Wales international matches than any other ground. Eifion Wyn Williams (born 15 November 1975) is a Welsh former footballer who played over 300 games in the Football League, over 200 of which were for Hartlepool United.
