Neil Pinner
Neil Douglas Pinner (born 28 September 1990) is an English cricketer. Pinner is a right-handed Batsman (cricket), batsman who bowls right-arm off break. He was born in Wordsley, Worcestershire and educated at the Royal Grammar School Worcester. Having played for the Worcestershire Second XI since 2008, Pinner made his full debut for Worcestershire County Cricket Club, Worcestershire in a List A cricket, List A match against Middlesex County Cricket Club, Middlesex in the 2011 Clydesdale Bank 40. He made eight further appearances in that competition, scoring a total of 122 runs at an batting average (cricket), average of 13.55, with a high score of 37. Wordsley
Wordsley is a suburban area of Stourbridge in the West Midlands, England. It is part of the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley and falls into the Stourbridge (DY8) postcode and address area, being just north of the River Stour. Wordsley is part of the Dudley South Parliamentary constituency. It is bordered by open countryside to the west, Kingswinford to the North, Brierley Hill to the East and Stourbridge to the South. The 2011 Clydesdale Bank 40 tournament was the second season of the ECB 40 limited overs cricket competition for the English and Welsh first-class counties. In addition to the 18 counties, Scotland and the Netherlands took part, as well as the Unicorns, a team of players who did not have first-class contracts. Charlie Shreck
Charles Edward Shreck (born 6 January 1978) is a former English professional cricketer who has also played first-class cricket in New Zealand. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm fast-medium bowler. In the 2008 English cricket season, Shreck bowled more overs than any other bowler in England and was among the leading wicket takers. For two years running he was voted Notts player of the season. In 2011 he signed with Kent. He retired from first class cricket in 2017. First-class Cricket
First-class cricket, along with List A cricket and Twenty20 cricket, is one of the highest-standard forms of cricket. A first-class match is one of three or more days' scheduled duration between two sides of eleven players each and is officially adjudged to be worthy of the status by virtue of the standard of the competing teams. Matches must allow for the teams to play two innings each, although in practice a team might play only one innings or none at all. The etymology of "first-class cricket" is unknown, but it was used loosely before it acquired official status in 1895, following a meeting of leading English clubs. At a meeting of the Imperial Cricket Conference (ICC) in 1947, it was formally defined on a global basis.
