Neil Fanning
Neil Fanning (born 12 April 1967) is an Australian actor, voice actor, stuntman and safety supervisor. He is best known for performing the voice of the lead character Scooby-Doo in the movies ''Scooby-Doo'' and '' Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed''. Neil's entertainment career has spanned over 30 years performing live shows and over 50 movie, television and commercial roles. Franklin Wendell Welker (born March 12, 1946) is an American voice actor. He began his career in the 1960s, and holds over 860 film, television, and video game credits as of 2022, making him one of the most prolific voice actors of all time. With a total worldwide box-office gross of $17.4 billion, he is also the third- highest-grossing actor of all time. Tidelands are the territory between the tide line of sea coasts, and lands lying under the sea beyond the low-water limit of the tide, considered within the territorial waters of a nation. The United States Constitution does not specify whether ownership of these lands rests with the federal government or with individual states.
