Neil Bartram
Neil Bartram is a musical theatre composer/lyricist based in New York. Bartram is the composer and lyricist of Disney's ''Bedknobs and Broomsticks'' and Broadway's '' The Story of My Life'' with book writer Brian Hill. Career Prior to Broadway, ''The Story of My Life'' played at Canadian Stage Company in Toronto and Goodspeed's Norma Terris Theatre. Bartram has also written music and lyrics for ''Clara's Piano'' (Stratford Festival), ''Somewhere in the World'' (five seasons at the Charlottetown Festival) and ''The Nightingale and the Rose'', and scored productions of ''Shakespeare In Love'', ''Romeo and Juliet'', ''Timon of Athens'' and ''A Midsummer Night's Drea''m. His adaptation of Carlo Collodi's ''The Adventures of Pinocchio'' was commissioned by Chicago Shakespeare Theater for their 2011 season. Rachel Rockwell
Rachel Rockwell (born Natalie Rachel Heyde; July 14, 1969 – May 28, 2018) was an American theater director, choreographer and performer. Early life Rockwell was born Natalie Rachel Heyde in Columbia, Missouri, the daughter of songwriter/teacher Gary Heyde ( Austin Gary) and actress/teacher Glory (Kissel) Heyde. Her brother is Jeremy Spencer (Heyde), the former drummer of heavy metal band Five Finger Death Punch. Beginning at seven, she studied dance with Ricki Smith Newman, Sylvia Watters and Evansville Dance Theater. At 13, she won a scholarship to study ballet at the National Academy of Arts in Champaign, Illinois. In 1993, she directed her first musical, ''Tintypes'', at the New Harmony Theater in Indiana. Thousand Islands Playhouse
The Thousand Islands Playhouse is a summer theatre company located in Gananoque, Ontario, Canada. It was founded in 1981 by Greg Wanless and a group of local actors and graduates from Queen's University including Timm Hughes, Joan Gardiner, Mo Bock, and Kathryn Mackay. It is about two 13-year-old best friends, Jim Nightshade and William Halloway, and their nightmarish experience with a traveling carnival that comes to their Midwestern home, Green Town, Illinois, on October 24th. In dealing with the creepy figures of this carnival, the boys learn how to combat fear. The carnival's leader is the mysterious "Mr. Dark", who seemingly wields the power to grant the townspeople's secret desires. In reality, Dark is a malevolent being who, like the carnival, lives off the life force of those they enslave.
