Neftochimic 2010
Neftochimic 2010 ( bg, Нефтохимик 2010), until 2006 known as Lukoil Neftochimic ( bg, Лукойл Нефтохимик), is a professional men's volleyball team based in Burgas, Bulgaria. It plays in the Super League (four-time champion). History The founding of the club is like a volleyball section at FTU Neftochimic. During this period, there were no major successes in the club. With the purchase of the club by Lukoil, the team became part of the Bulgarian volleyball elite. During this period the club's name was Lukoil Neftochimic. In 2006, the first big success of the team was, when the team made a golden double, winning their first title and the Cup of Bulgaria. In the September 2011 year, the name of the club was changed to Neftochimic 2010. The second title was won in the season 2016-17, defeating the Montana Volley in the final match and the third title was won in 2017-18 when Neftochimic defeated the final games against CSKA. Slovenia Men's National Volleyball Team
The Slovenia national men's volleyball team represents Slovenia in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches, and is governed by the Volleyball Federation of Slovenia. Slovenia was the runner-up of the European Volleyball Championship three times, in 2015, 2019 and 2021. As of September 2022, Slovenia is ranked 9th in the FIVB World Rankings. History The Slovenian national team played its first official match on 24 April 1992, under the leadership of Viktor Krevsel. They make their first appearance at the European Volleyball Championship in 2001, where they finished in 12th place. In March 2015, Andrea Giani was announced as new head coach of the Slovenian national team. Bulgaria Men's National Volleyball Team
The Bulgaria men's national volleyball team is controlled by the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation, which represents the country in international competitions and friendly matches. History The team's achievements include winning the Balkan Championships in 1980, Runners-Up (1970) and Third Place (1949, 1952, 1986, 2006) at the World Championship. At the European Championships Bulgaria has one Runners-Up (1951) and four Third Place (1955, 1981, 1983, 2009) finishes. Bulgaria has also achieved Runners-Up at the 1980 Summer Olympic Games in Moscow. The team has one third place at the World Cup (2007) and five Semi-Final appearances in the World League (1994, 2004, 2006, 2012, 2013).
