The Neftekamsk constituency (No. 6) is a Russian legislative constituency in the Bashkortostan Republic. Rifat Gabdulkhakovich Shaykhutdinov (russian: Рифат Габдулхакович Шайхутдинов; born December 23, 1963) is a Russian politician. He currently serves as a member of the State Duma and the Chairman of the State Duma's Committee on Relations with CIS States and Compatriots, and Deputy Chairman of the State Duma's Committee on Power, Transport and Telecommunications. From 1992 to 1997 he was director of the Center for Experts in the Ministry of State Property in the Northwest Region. A Just Russia — For Truth (SRZP; russian: Справедливая Россия — За правду; СРЗП, Spravedlivaya Rossiya — Za pravdu; SRZP), formerly A Just Russia (SR), is a social conservative and social-democratic political party in Russia. The party, part of the "systemic opposition", is considered to be pro-Kremlin. The party was formed on 28 October 2006 as a merger of the left-wing factions of Rodina, the Russian Party of Life and the Russian Pensioners' Party. Later, six further minor parties joined. New People is considered a liberal party, and observers have called it centrist or centre-right. The All-Russian Political Party "Rodina" (russian: Всероссийская политическая партия «Родина», Vserossiyskaya politicheskaya partiya "Rodina") is a nationalist political party in Russia.
