Necrosha
"Necrosha" is a 2009–10 comic book crossover storyline published by Marvel Comics featuring the X-Men family of characters. Publication history Necrosha had been slowly building in the pages of ''X-Force'' and began in earnest with the one-shot ''X-Necrosha'', released on October 28, 2009, and continued in ''X-Force'', ''New Mutants'', and '' X-Men: Legacy''. Plot synopsis Through her servant, Eli Bard, Selene, the Black Queen of the Hellfire Club, gains access to the Technarch transmode virus, which she uses to resurrect dead mutants. This resurrection is the beginning of her plan to become a goddess. Selene orders her minions to bring Destiny, one of the resurrected mutants, to her. Selene wants to know what her future holds; Destiny tells her she will achieve what she has set out to do, and is put back in her cell again. Selene (comics)
Selene Gallio is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. As a mutant and an enemy of the X-Men, she is often associated with the Hellfire Club's Inner Circle. Selene was portrayed by Kota Eberhardt in the 20th Century Fox ''X-Men'' film ''Dark Phoenix'' (2019). Thunderbird (John Proudstar)
Thunderbird (John Proudstar) is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Len Wein and artist Dave Cockrum, the character first appears in ''Giant-Size X-Men'' #1 (May 1975). Thunderbird was a short-lived member of the Second Genesis group of X-Men gathered together in this issue, as he died on their second mission. An Apache Native American and Human Mutant, John Proudstar possesses superhuman athletic ability. Zeb Wells is an American comic book writer known for his work at Marvel Comics, a television writer/director known for his work on the animated TV series ''Robot Chicken'', and the co-creator/showrunner of ''SuperMansion''. Career Wells is an Emmy and Annie Award-winning writer and actor for the TV show ''Robot Chicken'', including the Emmy-nominated '' Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episode II''. He later directed the sixth and seventh seasons of Robot Chicken.
