"Naïve" is a song by British indie rock band the Kooks. It was released on 27 March 2006 as the fourth single from their debut studio album, ''Inside In/Inside Out'' (2006). "Naïve" charted at number five on the UK Singles Chart, becoming the UK's 19th-best-selling single of 2006 and earning a quadruple platinum certification from the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) in 2022. The song additionally reached number 15 in Flanders and New Zealand as well as number 22 on the US ''Billboard (magazine), Billboard'' Alternative Songs, Modern Rock Tracks chart. The Kooks
The Kooks () are an English pop-rock band formed in 2004 in Brighton. The band consists of Luke Pritchard (vocals/rhythm guitar), Hugh Harris (lead guitar/synthesizer/bass) and Alexis Nunez (drums). Their music is primarily influenced by the 1960s British Invasion movement and post-punk revival of the new millennium. The Kooks have experimented in several genres including rock, Britpop, pop, reggae, ska, and more recently, funk and hip-hop, being described once as a "more energetic Thrills or a looser Sam Roberts Band, maybe even a less severe Arctic Monkeys at times". Rosa Isabel Mutya Buena (born 21 May 1985) is an English singer and songwriter who rose to fame as a member of girl group the Sugababes. With the Sugababes, Buena had four UK number one singles, an additional six top-ten hits and three multi-platinum albums. Sugababes are a British girl group composed of Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhán Donaghy. The lineup changed three times before returning to the original lineup in 2011. Formed in 1998 by All Saints manager Ron Tom, Sugababes released their debut album '' One Touch'' through London Records in November 2000, which achieved moderate success and produced the top-ten single " Overload".
