Nawab Malik
Nawab Malik ( Marathi:नवाब मलीक), is a politician, who served as the Minority Development, Aukaf, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister of Maharashtra and also the guardian minister of Gondia & Parbhani. He is the National Spokesperson and Mumbai President of the Nationalist Congress Party. Personal life Nawab Malik was born in Dhuswa village of Utraula Tehsil, Balrampur district in eastern Uttar Pradesh, in 1959. In 1970, he migrated with his family to Mumbai for better prospects. Malik's father was into the business of rags (''chindi)'' for which he set up a business in Dongri and later moved to Kurla in Mumbai. Here Malik started a scrap business. Later he moved on to social work eventually entering politics. Parbhani
Parbhani (, IPA ) is a city in Maharashtra state of India. It is the administrative headquarters of Parbhani District. Parbhani is one of the largest cities in Marathwada region. Parbhani is around away from regional headquarters of Aurangabad while it is away from the state capital Mumbai. Along with the entire Marathwada region, Parbhani was a part of the erstwhile Nizam State; later a part of Hyderabad State; after reorganization of states in 1956 it became a part of the then- Bombay state; since 1960, it has been part of the present Maharashtra state. Parbhani is home to Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Agricultural University, which is one of only four agriculture universities in Maharashtra. Balrampur district is one of the district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh and is a part of Devipatan division as well as the historic Awadh regions. Sharad Govindrao Pawar (Marathi pronunciation: əɾəd̪ pəʋaːɾ born 12 December 1940) is an Indian politician. He has served as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra on four occasions. He has held the posts of Minister of Defence and Minister of Agriculture in the Government of India. Nationalist Congress Party
The Nationalist Congress Party ( NCP) is one of the nine national parties in India. The party generally supports Indian nationalism and Gandhian secularism. It is the largest opposition party in Maharashtra and is also a significant party in other states. Party formation and performance The NCP was formed on 10 June 1999, by Sharad Pawar, P. A. Maharashtra Legislative Assembly
The Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha or the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly is the lower house of the legislature of the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is situated in the Nariman Point area of South Mumbai in the capital Mumbai. Presently, 288 members of the Legislative Assembly are directly elected from the single-seat constituencies.
