Nausheen Hamid
Dr. Nausheen Hamid (; born 19 February 1961) is a Pakistani politician and social activist who had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from August 2018 till January 2023. She is the current Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation, and Coordination, in office since September 2018. Previously, she was a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab (W-356), from 2013 to 2018 (16th Assembly). She served as a Member of the Syndicate Board of Fatima Jinnah Medical University during this tenure. Former Regional Organiser, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf from 2010 to 2012. The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination ( ur, ; abbreviated as MoNHSRC) is a Cabinet of Pakistan, cabinet level ministry of the government of Pakistan with responsibility for national public health. Organization Healthcare was transferred to the Provincial Governments of Pakistan, provincial health departments after Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution of Pakistan in June 2011. The 15th National Assembly of Pakistan is the legislature of Pakistan following the 2018 general election of members of parliament (MPs) to the National Assembly of Pakistan, the lower house of the bicameral Parliament of Pakistan. General elections were held in Pakistan on Saturday 11 May 2013 to elect the members of the 14th National Assembly and the four Provincial Assemblies. The three major parties were the Pakistan Muslim League (N) (PML-N) led by Nawaz Sharif, the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) led by President Asif Ali Zardari and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) led by Imran Khan. Makhdoom Muhammad Javed Hashmi ( ur, مخدوم محمد جاوید ہاشمی; born 1 January 1948), is a Pakistani politician, political realist, and a senior conservative thinker on the platform of Pakistan Muslim League (N).
