Serhii Vasylovych Kivalov ( uk, Сергій Васильович Ківалов; born 1 May 1954) is a Ukrainian politician and jurist who served as the head of Central Election Commission during the 2004 Ukrainian presidential election which led to the Orange Revolution. Along with Vadym Kolesnichenko, he is the co-author of the bill On principles of the state language policy adopted in 2012. Philippe Kirsch, (born April 1, 1947) is a Canadian lawyer who served as a judge of the International Criminal Court from 2003 to 2009 and was the Court's first president. Biography Kirsch was born in Belgium in 1947 and arrived in Canada in 1961. Kirsch holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and an LL.M. degree from the Université de Montréal (1972). Lucius Caflisch (born 31 August 1936) is a Swiss international law specialist. Lucius Caflisch was a professor at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva. He was also director of the institute between 1984 and 1990.
