Kentucky Route 220 (KY 220) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects mostly rural areas of Hardin County with Radcliff. Route description KY 220 begins at an intersection with KY 333 (Big Spring Road) in the eastern part of Big Spring, within the extreme northwestern corner of Hardin County. This intersection is just east of the Breckinridge– Meade–Hardin county tripoint. It travels to the east and almost immediately curves to a southerly direction. It curves to the southeast, and then passes Martin Cemetery before entering Four Corners. There, it intersects KY 920 (Salt River Road). Boston is a census-designated place in Nelson County, Kentucky, United States. Boston is along I-65; its ZIP code is 40107. Boston is the home of Mount Moriah Baptist Church, organized in 1802. During 1929–1933, Mount Moriah was pastored by Dr. James L. Sullivan, who went on to be the president of the Baptist Sunday School Board (now Lifeway) and then president of the Southern Baptist Convention. Lebanon Junction is a home rule-class city in Bullitt County, Kentucky, in the United States. The population was 1,813 as of the 2010 census. Geography Lebanon Junction is located in southern Bullitt County at (37.836197, -85.727127). It is on the southeastern edge of Fort Knox. Interstate 65 passes through the city, with access to the downtown area from Exit 105. Via I-65 it is north to Shepherdsville, the county seat, and north to downtown Louisville. Kentucky Route 61 (KY 61) is a long Kentucky State Highway extending north from the Tennessee state line in Cumberland County to Columbia in Adair County through to Greensburg in Green County. From there, the route traverses LaRue, Hardin and Bullitt counties to terminate in Jefferson County (where it is commonly signed as Preston Street or Preston Highway) at the junction of U.S. Route 31E (East Main Street) in downtown Louisville. Upton, Kentucky
Upton is a home rule-class city in Hardin and LaRue counties in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The population was 683 at the 2010 census. Its entire area is included in the Elizabethtown–Fort Knox Metropolitan Statistical Area. History Upton was founded in 1841, and was initially known as "Leesville." It was renamed in 1856 in honor of George Washington Upton, who had helped develop the area as a stop along the L&N Railroad. Upton was one of the targets of Confederate John Hunt Morgan during the Civil War. Upton was on the L&N Railroad, one of the key north-south railroads for the Union. The train station and nearby bridges were attacked during the day on December 26, 1862. The Union forces were quickly defeated and Morgan took advantage of the telegraph station in Upton to gather intelligence on Union troop disposition. Kentucky Route 224 (KY 224) is a state highway in Kentucky that runs from U.S. Route 62 and Vanmeter Street in Clarkson to Kentucky Route 357 west of Magnolia via Upton.
