North Carolina Highway 168 (NC 168) is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of North Carolina. Known as Caratoke Highway, the state highway runs from US 158 in Barco north to the Virginia state line in Moyock, where the highway continues as Virginia State Route 168 (SR 168) toward Norfolk, Virginia.
