The National Economic Advisory Council was set up by Second MacDonald ministry, second Labour government of United Kingdom Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Prime Minister Ramsay MacDonald. The Prime Minister chaired the Council which included several Minister (government), cabinet ministers, businessmen, the trade unionist Ernest Bevin, the economic historian R. H. Second MacDonald Ministry
The second (symbol: s) is the unit of time in the International System of Units (SI), historically defined as of a day – this factor derived from the division of the day first into 24 hours, then to 60 minutes and finally to 60 seconds each (24 × 60 × 60 = 86400).
