National Bingo Night (US Game Show)
''National Bingo Night'' is an American game show hosted by Ed Sanders which premiered on ABC on May 18, 2007, with a six-episode order. Sanders is known for his work on another ABC show, '' Extreme Makeover: Home Edition''. The show was cancelled by ABC and was repackaged as '' Bingo America'' on GSN, first hosted by Patrick Duffy, and in October 2008 by Richard Karn. The creator of this program, Andrew Glassman, also created the reality television game ''Average Joe''. The game is an interactive experience for both the studio audience and viewers at home. On ''NBN'', members of the studio audience attempted to win a game of bingo while competing with a solo studio contestant. For ''Bingo America'', it is played as a straight general knowledge quiz format with two players and a home viewer bingo game within. Andrew Glassman is an American television producer. Glassman founded the production company Glassman Media in 2001 following his successful career as an Emmy Award-winning investigative Broadcast Journalist during which he appeared on-air at NBC News, CNBC, MSNBC, WCAU, and WNBC. ''Duel'' is an American game show hosted by Mike Greenberg that first aired from December 17 to December 23, 2007 on American Broadcasting Company, ABC. There were a total of four seasons, the first two following the original show premise, and the last two bringing back contestants from prior seasons. Premise Instead of attempting to make a "dream couple" between two extremely attractive people, ''Average Joe'' tried to get 16 to 18 ordinary men to win the heart of a beauty queen. The men were what the producers considered to be average in appearance, with many being overweight or underweight and nerdy, or awkward in their behavior and personalities. Ed Sanders (television Carpenter)
Ed Sanders (born 10 May 1975) is an English carpenter, actor, and television host. Sanders was born in Wimbledon, London. He learned carpentry at his father's behest to help keep himself employed between acting jobs. In 1999, he landed the role of Eddie Moliano in the Sky1 series ''Dream Team''. He was a reporter for the morning show '' RI:SE'', and eventually became host of the UK version of ''Fear Factor''. Move to the United States In 2004, Sanders moved to the U.S. with his wife and son. Patrick Duffy (born March 17, 1949) is an American actor and director widely known for his role on the CBS primetime soap opera ''Dallas'', where he played Bobby Ewing, the youngest son of Miss Ellie, and the nicest brother of J.R.
