Natig Rasulzadeh (also spelled Natik via Russian; az, Natiq Rəsulzadə) is a contemporary Azerbaijani writer. He was born in Baku on June 5, 1949. At age 17, he was already publishing in “Youth of Azerbaijan” newspaper. After finishing high school, Rasulzadeh entered the Baku ''Polytechnic Institute'' (now Azerbaijan Technical University). However, four years later, he quit his studies and transferred to the Maxim Gorky Literature Institute in Moscow, Russia. Eldar Allahyar oghlu Guliyev ( az, Eldar Allahyar oğlu Quliyev; born July 26, 1951) is an Azerbaijan politician. He became a Member of Parliament of the Azerbaijan in 2000. Early life and career He was born in Baku. In 1968, he finished school at No. 187 in Baku, and in 1969, entered the Azerbaijan Institute of the National Economy (now the Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
