Nate Mondou
Nathan Wayne Mondou (born March 24, 1995) is an American professional baseball infielder in the San Diego Padres organization. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland Athletics. Amateur career Mondou attended Charles Wright Academy in University Place, Washington, and Wake Forest University, where he played college baseball for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. In 2015, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Chatham Anglers of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Professional career Oakland Athletics The Oakland Athletics selected Mondou in the 13th round, with the 382nd overall selection, of the 2016 MLB draft. He spent his first professional season with the Low-A Vermont Lake Monsters, also playing in 1 game for the rookie-level Arizona League Athletics. An infielder is a baseball player stationed at one of four defensive "infield" positions on the baseball field. Standard arrangement of positions In a game of baseball, two teams of nine players take turns playing offensive and defensive roles. Although there are many rules to baseball, in general the team playing offense tries to score runs by batting balls into the field that enable runners to make a complete circuit of the four bases. Lenyn José Sosa (born January 25, 2000) is a Venezuelan professional baseball infielder for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). Career Sosa signed with the Chicago White Sox as an international free agent on July 2, 2016. Sosa made his professional debut with the rookie-level Arizona League White Sox in 2017, hitting .270/.330/.359 in 42 games. Charlotte Knights
The Charlotte Knights are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. They are located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and play their home games at Truist Field, which opened in 2014 and is located in Uptown Charlotte. The Stockton Ports are a Minor League Baseball team of the California League and the Single-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. They are located in Stockton, California, and are named for the city's seaport. The team plays its home games at Banner Island Ballpark which opened in 2005 and seats over 5,000 people.
