Narbal
Narbal is a tehsil in central Kashmir's Beerwah sub-district. It is also a block in Budgam district in the Indian administered union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is away from sub-district headquarter Beerwah and away from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Geography As per government records, the block number of Narbal is 14. The block has 51 villages and there are a total of 11,343 homes in this block.. It is also tehsil since 2014. It is located west of Srinagar's City Centre Lalchowk and North of district headquarter Budgam. Budgam District
Budgam district is a district in the Indian-administered union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Created in 1979 with its headquarters at Budgam, it is the district with the largest population of Shias in the Kashmir valley. Administration Budgam district is the closest district to the union territory capital Srinagar (11 km). Budgam district came into existence in 1979, prior to which it was part of Srinagar district. In former times, Budgam was a part of Baramulla district, when Srinagar itself was a constituent of the Anantnag district. It was then known as tehsil Pratap Singh of Jammu and Kashmir, Sri Pratap. Beerwah, Jammu And Kashmir
Beerwah also pronounced as Beeru is a subdistrict, tourist destination and one of the oldest town of Jammu and Kashmir and a municipal committee in Budgam district in the Indian administered union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is also one of the oldest tehsil of Jammu and Kashmir with one of the largest towns in Budgam district. Pattan
Pattan is a sub-district, town and a municipal committee in Baramulla district in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Location Pattan is surrounded by Breng Block towards North, Kunzer block towards the south, Narbal block towards east, Singhpora block towards west. Mazhom Railway Station
Mazhom railway station, also known as Mazhama railway station, lies on Northern Railway Network Zone of Indian Railways. It is situated west of Srinagar on Gulmarg Road. It is the major railway stations in Budgam district. The station connects Magam town (3 km away from station) with rest of the parts of state. The station comes under Firozpur division of Indian railways and has an average elevation of above mean sea level. Tosamaidan
Tosa Maidan (or Toshamaidan) is a tourist destination and a hill station in Jammu and Kashmir. It is located in khag area of Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. The name also marks the historic Tosa Maidan route into the Kashmir Valley from the Poonch Valley. In fact, the original name of Tosa Maidan appears to have been "Tosa Marg".
