Naked Angels
''Naked Angels'' is a 1969 American outlaw biker film directed by Bruce D. Clark. Starring Michael Greene (actor), Michael Greene as Mother, Jennifer Gan as Marlene, and Richard Rust as Fingers, it provides an insider's perspective at the lifestyle of outlawed bikers. Actor Corey Fischer makes an appearance, as well as Penelope Spheeris in her first role. ''Naked Angels'' was the last movie distributed by Favorite Films. Plot The story concerns a deadly feud between two rival bike gangs. The Angels are out for revenge against their rival gang, the Las Vegas Hotdoggers, who severely beat their leader, Mother (Michael Greene (actor), Michael Greene). Mother is just returning to the Angels and his old lady, Marlene (Jennifer Gan), had become the property of Fingers (Richard Rust), the new head of the clan. Michael Greene (actor)
Michael Harris Greene (November 4, 1933 – January 10, 2020) was an American actor who was active from the 1960s through the 1990s. Career Greene was born in San Francisco, California, the son of Gladys () and Harry Greene. Early in his career, Greene was frequently featured in westerns, and was credited with over 100 television and film appearances, including the 1962 film '' This is Not a Test'' (as Mike Green). In October of 1966, he appeared as the character, Nubu, in the episode, Space Circus, of the TV series, ''Lost in Space'', as well as a leading role in the 1973 film ''The Clones''. He played Jimmy Hart, William Petersen's ill-fated partner in '' To Live and Die in L.A.''. He is perhaps best remembered in his co-starring role as Deputy U.S. Marshal Vance Porter in the short-lived ABC-Warner Brothers western series ''The Dakotas'', where he co-starred with Larry Ward, Jack Elam, and Chad Everett. Straight Records
Straight Records, self-identified simply as Straight, was a record label formed in 1969 to distribute productions and discoveries of Frank Zappa and his business partner/manager Herb Cohen. Straight was formed at the same time as a companion label, Bizarre Records. Straight and Bizarre were manufactured and distributed in the U.S. by the Warner Bros. Records family of labels, which also included Reprise Records. Straight recordings were distributed in the U.K. by CBS Records. Frank Zappa chose the majority of the artists for the Straight label. His original intention was to release albums by avant-garde artists on Bizarre, and recordings by more mainstream artists on Straight. However the original concept failed to work out as expected due to issues with record distribution and artist management. An outlaw, in its original and legal meaning, is a person declared as outside the protection of the law. The outlaw biker film is a film genre that portrays its characters as motorcycle riding rebels. The characters are usually members of an outlaw motorcycle club.
