Nahzeem Olufemi Mimiko
Nahzeem Olufemi "Femi" Mimiko (born 1 May 1960) is a Nigerian educational administrator and former vice chancellor of Adekunle Ajasin University, a state-owned university named after the former governor of Ondo State, Nigeria, Adekunle Ajasin. The university was ranked the best state university in Nigeria by the United States Transparency International Standard (USTIS) in April 2014. Mimiko was the only vice chancellor delegate at the National Conference in Nigeria held in 2014 under the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan. Mimiko assumed office in January 2010 and was preceded by Philip Olayede Abiodun. In 2016, he had a stint as African and African-American Studies Associate, at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA. Adekunle Ajasin University
Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) is a state government owned and operated Nigerian university. The university is located in Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria. History Adekunle Ajasin University was first established as Obafemi Awolowo University in March 1982 by the government of the old Ondo State, headed by the late Chief Michael Adekunle Ajasin. The immediately succeeding military government of Navy Commodore Michael Bamidele Otiko changed its name to Ondo State University in 1985. Its relocation to Akungba Akoko in the new Ondo State became imperative in 1999, following the creation of a new state out of the old Ondo three years earlier in October 1996. Igbekele Amos Ajibefun (born 28 July 1964) is a Nigerian professor of Agricultural economics, former Rector of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic and former Vice chancellor of Adekunle Ajasin University. He is the fifth substantive Vice Chancellor of Adekunle Ajasin. Early life Ajibefun was born in Irele, local government area of Ondo State, southwestern Nigeria on 28 July 1964.
