Nacer Barazite
Nacer Barazite (born 27 May 1990) is a Dutch professional footballer who can play either as an attacking midfielder or striker. Most recently, he played for Thai club Buriram United. Barazite has during his career played for, among others, English clubs Arsenal and Derby County, Dutch sides Vitesse and Utrecht, Austrian team Austria Wien and French club Monaco. He is a Dutch youth international, and has gained nine caps for the Netherlands U21 team. Club career Arsenal Born in Arnhem, Barazite started his career as a youth player with NEC Nijmegen. He joined Arsenal in 2006 and regularly featured for the U18 and Reserve teams throughout 2006–07. The Netherlands national under-21 football team is the national under-21 team of the Netherlands and is controlled by the Royal Dutch Football Association. The team competes in the European Under-21 Championship, held every two years. Following the realignment of UEFA's youth competitions in 1976, the Dutch Under-21 team was formed. The team did not have a very good record, failing to qualify for nine of the fifteen tournaments. The team did not enter for the 1978 competition, but since then has reached the semi-finals twice, and qualified for the last eight on three other occasions. Francisco Mérida Pérez (; born 4 March 1990) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Chinese club Tianjin Jinmen Tiger. Mark Leonard Randall (born 28 September 1989) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for NIFL Premiership club Larne. Randall spent his formative footballing years at Arsenal where he was touted by manager Arsène Wenger as a key Arsenal player for the future. The Football Association Youth Challenge Cup is an English football competition run by The Football Association for under-18 sides. Only those players between the age of 15 and 18 on 31 August of the current season are eligible to take part. It is dominated by the youth sides of professional teams, mostly from the Premier League, but attracts over 400 entrants from throughout the country. At the end of the Second World War the FA organised a Youth Championship for County Associations considering it the best way to stimulate the game among those youngsters not yet old enough to play senior football. The matches did not attract large crowds but outstanding players were selected for Youth Internationals and thousands were given the chance to play in a national contest for the first time.
