Naan Vazhavaippen
''Naan Vazhavaippen'' () is a 1979 Indian Tamil-language suspense thriller film, directed by D. Yoganand. It stars Sivaji Ganesan, Rajnikanth and K. R. Vijaya, while Jai Ganesh and Major Sundarrajan play supporting roles. The film was a remake of the Hindi film '' Majboor'' (1974). Plot Ravi is a travel agent that is the sole provider for his family consisting of a widowed mother, physically disabled younger sister and younger brother. He and Neela, a promising defence attorney, are engaged to be married. Neela's brother, Ramesh is a public prosecutor who is supportive of her career and love. Ravi is questioned by the police when one of his clients, Jayaraj, is murdered. Ravi was one of the last people to see Jayaraj alive but has no useful information to assist the investigation. Thengai Srinivasan
Thengai Srinivasan (21 October 1937 – 9 November 1987) was an Indian actor who appeared in Tamil language, Tamil-language films and plays from the 1960s to the 1980s. He was given the prefix ''Thengai'' (coconut) after his role as a coconut-seller in the play ''Kal Manam''. Although originally a comedian, he also performed in other genres and enacted several lead and antagonistic roles. Early life Srinivasan was born to Rajavel Mudaliar (Chennai) and Subammal (Srivaikuntam in Tuticorin district) on 21 October 1937. He had two sisters. When he was seven years old, his family moved to Chennai.
