Mariska Hulscher
Mariska Hulscher (born 8 March 1964, in Delft) is a Dutch TV presenter who worked for the NCRV, RTL 4, and RTL 5. Hulscher is also a columnist for a variety of magazines, and works as a divorce coach. Education, career After getting her VWO diploma, Hulscher studied law at the Leiden University, graduating in 1989. After her studies she worked in marketing and management, and was editor of various consumer advocacy magazines. She was discovered for television by Fons van Westerloo, then director of programming for RTL 5, one of the Dutch commercial channels. Hulscher presented TV shows, mainly on fashion and beauty, for RTL 4 and RTL 5 (the RTL group's second channel in the Netherlands), then left for Veronica, and in 1998 moved to the Protestant public broadcaster NCRV. In 2002 she returned to RTL 4 where she presented, until 2006, the fashion program ''LookingGood''. KRO-NCRV is a Dutch public broadcasting company based in Hilversum established on January 1, 2014 from a merger of the broadcasters Catholic Radio Broadcasting (KRO) and the Dutch Christian Radio Association (NCRV), transmitting on NPO 1, NPO 2 and NPO 3 NPO 3 (''NPO drie'', formerly Nederland 3 until 2014) is the third and youngest of the terrestrial television channels operated by the Dutch public-broadcasting organization NPO in the Netherlands. NPO 1 (''NPO een'', formerly Nederland 1 until 2014) is the first national television station in the Netherlands. It launched on 2 October 1951. It provides public broadcasting and currently exists next to sister channels NPO 2 and NPO 3. KRO, or (Catholic Radio Broadcasting), was a Dutch public broadcasting organization founded on 23 April 1925. Broadly Catholic in its spiritual outlook, KRO broadcast the bulk of its television output on the NPO 1 channel. ''Help'' is a Dutch television drama series first broadcast by the NCRV in the early 1990s. Content Each episode in the series is an example of a story within a story: it begins with papergirl Gerrit delivering the paper to an older journalist, who then tells her and discusses with her one of the news stories he has been working on. These stories, which are all based on real events, involve themes such as sexual harassment, blackmail, etc. Cast The papergirl, who is about thirteen years old, is played by Jonna Brenninkmeijer.
