NCAA Season 95 Volleyball Tournaments
The NCAA Season 95 volleyball tournaments started on January 10, 2020 at the Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan, Philippines. Both the men's and women's tournament were cancelled due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines. All teams participated in an elimination round which is a single round robin tournament. The top four teams was supposed to qualify for the semifinals, where the unbeaten team bounces through the finals, with a thrice-to-beat advantage, higher-seeded team possesses the twice-to-beat advantage, or qualify to the first round. The winners were to qualify to the finals. The Filoil EcoOil Centre, formerly Filoil Flying V Centre, Filoil Flying V Arena and The Arena in San Juan, also known as the Entertainment and Recreational Arena of the People (initials taken after former mayor and president Joseph Estrada's nickname 'Erap'), is an indoor sporting arena located in Santolan Road Bonny Serrano Avenue, Corazon de Jesus, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) is a nonprofit organization that regulates student athletics among about 1,100 schools in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. It also organizes the athletic programs of colleges and universities in the United States and Canada and helps over 500,000 college student athletes who compete annually in college sports. Cesca Racraquin
Aurea Francesca "Cesca" Racraquin (born October 5, 1996) is a Filipino volleyball player of the collegiate varsity volleyball team of San Beda College that plays in the NCAA. Cesca played for the Creamline Cool Smashers in the Premier Volleyball League that debuted during the 2017 PVL Reinforced Conference. Career Racraquin won the NCAA Season 92 Rookie of the Year award before joining the Creamline Cool Smashers club that won the 2017 reinforced and open conferences' bronze medals. In the second season (2018) of the Premier Volleyball League, Racraquin transferred to Pocari Sweat Lady Warriors. Personal life Racraquin finished high school at the University of the East Caloocan and is currently studying in San Beda University. This rivalry is between Recto's San Sebastian and Muralla's Letran. The rivalry is played at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (Philippines). The Knights became the first 4th seed to upset the 1st seed in the Final Four when they defeated the Stags twice during the 1999 NCAA Final Four.
