''NCAA Football 13'' is an American football video game published by EA Sports and developed by EA Tiburon. It is the successor to '' NCAA Football 12'' in the NCAA Football series. Cover On February 27, 2012, it was announced that former Baylor quarterback and 2011 Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III will be the cover athlete for the game. The cover also features past Heisman Trophy winner Barry Sanders. A fan vote beginning March 12 allowed fans to choose between Barry Sanders, Marcus Allen, Doug Flutie, Desmond Howard, Charlie Ward, Andre Ware, Eddie George, and Herschel Walker to appear on the cover alongside Griffin. Robert Griffin III
Robert Lee Griffin III (born February 12, 1990), nicknamed RG3 and RGIII, is an American football quarterback who is a free agent. He played college football at Baylor, where he won the Heisman Trophy as a senior, and was selected second overall by the Washington Redskins in the 2012 NFL Draft. Griffin set league records for the highest rookie passer rating and touchdown–interception ratio, while leading Washington to their first division title since 1999. Andre Ware
Andre Trevor Ware (born July 31, 1968) is an American sports analyst and commentator and a former American football player. He was the 1989 Heisman Trophy and Davey O'Brien Award winner as a quarterback for the University of Houston. He was the first Black American quarterback to receive the Heisman. In the 1990 NFL Draft, Ware was the first round selection (#7 overall) of the Detroit Lions. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2004.
