NASCAR Now
''NASCAR Now'' was a NASCAR news and analysis show that aired year round Tuesday through Saturday as a thirty-minute show at 2:00am ET on ESPN2. ''NASCAR Now'', that debuted on February 5, 2007, was broadcast in HD from Bristol, Connecticut and also had a daily segment on SportsCenter. ESPN2 also aired editions of the show on the day of all NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races, starting with the Daytona 500. A race preview show aired at 10 A.M. ET on race day, with a post-race edition running on ESPN2 on the evening following the event. Unlike its predecessor, ''RPM 2Night'', ''NASCAR Now'' covered only NASCAR news and information and there were no highlight restrictions on the program; both video and still photos were available for its use. It was part of ESPN's new television package with NASCAR, which gave them the opportunity to produce and air a daily show about the sanctioning body. Allen Bestwick
Allen Bestwick (born September 24, 1961) is an American sportscaster. He is the lead play-by-play voice for University of Connecticut women’s basketball telecasts for SNY, the lead track announcer at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and the lead broadcaster for the Superstar Racing Experience racing series. His broadcasting career began at the age of 15, when he did on-air work for his high school radio station in Coventry, Rhode Island. Nicole Briscoe ( Manske; born July 2, 1980) is an American sportscaster who is employed by ESPN. Originally focused on covering auto racing for the network, which included stints as the host of ''NASCAR Countdown'' and ''NASCAR Now'', Briscoe became a ''SportsCenter'' anchor in 2015. Brad Daugherty (basketball)
Bradley Lee Daugherty (born October 19, 1965), nicknamed "Big Dukie" and "The Hooch", is an American former professional basketball player, analyst, and co-owner of NASCAR Cup Series team JTG Daugherty Racing. He played college basketball for the North Carolina Tar Heels and professionally with the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Amateur career Daugherty played basketball at Charles D. Owen High School in Black Mountain, North Carolina, where he led the Warhorses to the 1982 state finals. Daugherty accepted a scholarship to play at the University of North Carolina under legendary college basketball coach Dean Smith. Timothy Ivan "Tim" Brewer (born February 4, 1955) is an American former stock car racing crew chief and television analyst for ''NASCAR on ESPN''. He was part of ''NASCAR Countdown'', the pre-race show, with host Brent Musburger and fellow analyst Brad Daugherty. He was also a contributor to ''NASCAR Now'', the daily NASCAR information program on ESPN2. During each race, Brewer returns to the coverage to analyze race stories by using a "cut-away" car, which was a show car provided by Chevrolet. Brewer won two championships as a crew chief working for owner Junior Johnson. He is a former co-owner of Bobby Hamilton Racing-Virginia in the Craftsman Truck Series, and is a former racing analyst for ESPN full-time.
