Nyceryx Tacita
''Nyceryx tacita'' is a moth of the family Sphingidae first described by Herbert Druce in 1888. It is found from Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Panama to Bolivia. It is similar to '' Nyceryx eximia eximia'' but can be distinguished by the less extensive basal yellow area of the hindwing upperside and details of the pattern of the forewing upperside. Adults are probably on wing year round. The larvae have been recorded feeding on ''Pentagonia donnell-smithii'' and ''Chimarrhis parviflora ''Chimarrhis'' is a genus of flowering plants in the family Rubiaceae. Herbert Druce, FLS (14 July 1846, in London – 11 April 1913, in London) was an English entomologist. His collections were acquired by Frederick DuCane Godman (1834–1919), Osbert Salvin (1835–1898), and James John Joicey (1870–1932) before being bequeathed to the Natural History Museum, London. He is not to be confused with his son, the English entomologist Hamilton Herbert Druce (1869 – 21 June 1922), who also worked on Lepidoptera. ''Nyceryx eximia'' is a moth of the family Sphingidae. It is known from Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala Guatemala ( ; ), officially the Republic of Guatemala ( es, República de Guatemala, links=no), is a country in Central America. Instar
An instar (, from the Latin '' īnstar'', "form", "likeness") is a developmental stage of arthropods, such as insects, between each moult (''ecdysis''), until sexual maturity is reached. Arthropods must shed the exoskeleton in order to grow or assume a new form. The ''Pentagonia'' is the collective title of a series of five novels by Cuban author Reinaldo Arenas. It was subtitled by its author "''the secret history of Cuba''." The novels were written from the mid-1960s through the late 1980s, and indeed, as was recounted in Arenas' autobiography ''Before Night Falls'', were rewritten many times as manuscripts were lost, destroyed and/or confiscated by Cuban authorities. Each of the novels is semi-autobiographical and has Arenas as one, if not more than one, of the major characters.
