November to Remember (commonly abbreviated to N2R) was a professional wrestling event produced by Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). It was held during the month of November from 1993 to 2000. Starting with the 1997 edition the event was broadcast on pay-per-view (PPV). The event was considered to be ECW's flagship supercard, and was typically promoted every year with a video package set to Guns N' Roses's "November Rain". Extreme Championship Wrestling
Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) was an American professional wrestling promotion that was based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and operated by its parent company HHG Corporation. The promotion was founded in 1992 by Tod Gordon as National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) affiliate Eastern Championship Wrestling. The following year, businessman and wrestling manager Paul Heyman took over the creative end of the promotion from Eddie Gilbert (wrestler), Eddie Gilbert. Under Heyman, the promotion was rechristened as Extreme Championship Wrestling. November to Remember (1994) was the second November to Remember professional wrestling live event produced by Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) that took place on November 5, 1994, in the ECW Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Nine professional wrestling matches were contested at the event. The event featured two main event matches. In the first main event, Shane Douglas defended the ECW World Heavyweight Championship against Ron Simmons. The second main event was a singles match, in which Chris Benoit took on Sabu. During the match, Sabu suffered a spinal cord injury, which resulted in the match ending in a no contest. Benoit was then challenged by 2 Cold Scorpio to an impromptu match, which ended in a double count-out. Although not airing on pay-per-view, in July 2019 the event was added to the WWE Network, in the ECW pay-per-view section. Brian Lee Harris (born November 26, 1966) is an American retired professional wrestler. He is best known for his appearances with Extreme Championship Wrestling, Smoky Mountain Wrestling, and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling under the ring name Brian Lee and with the World Wrestling Federation as Chainz and an impersonator version of The Undertaker. November to Remember (1996) was the fourth November to Remember professional wrestling event produced by Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). The event took place on November 16, 1996, in the ECW Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This was the biggest ECW show in history at that time and sold out 4 hours in advance, with a legitimate 1,500 fans attending, the largest turnout in company history. The main event was a tag team match, in which Terry Funk and Tommy Dreamer defeated Shane Douglas and Brian Lee.
