''Chapter Seven'' is the seventh album by ''Australian Idol'' 2006 winner Damien Leith and released in November 2013. It was his first album released via Social Family Records. The album spawned three singles. Leith performed "Without a Fight" live on '' The Morning Show'' on 5 November 2013. Background Following the release of his 2012 album, '' Now & Then'', Leith and Sony Music Australia parted ways and Leith took time out to write and record. Leith contacted producer and sound engineer David Nicholas (who has collaborated with musicians such as Elton John and INXS), who mixed the album and co-produced some of the tracks. George Allen "Buddy" Miles Jr. (September 5, 1947February 26, 2008) was an American composer, drummer, guitarist, vocalist and producer. He was a founding member of the Electric Flag (1967), a member of Jimi Hendrix's Band of Gypsys (1969–1970), founder and leader of the Buddy Miles Express and later, the Buddy Miles Band. Miles also played and recorded with Carlos Santana and others. Additionally, he sang lead vocals on the critically and commercially acclaimed California Raisins claymation TV commercials and recorded two California Raisins R&B albums. Biography and career Early life Miles was born in Omaha, Nebraska, United States, on September 5, 1947. Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code (Bankruptcy Code) governs the process of liquidation under the bankruptcy laws of the United States, in contrast to Chapters 11 and 13, which govern the process of ''reorganization'' of a debtor.
