''Not Without a Fight'' is the sixth studio album by American rock band New Found Glory. It was released on March 10, 2009 through independent label Epitaph Records. Produced by Blink-182 singer-bassist Mark Hoppus and recorded at his home based-OPRA Studios, the album was seen as a return to the band's energetic roots in comparison to its predecessor; the mellow '' Coming Home'' (2006). The gap between releases marked the longest period between studio albums in the band's career thus far, while the title is taken from the lyrics in opening track, "Right Where We Left Off". In the United States, opening week sales reached 26,900 units allowing it to debut at number one on the ''Billboard'' Independent Albums Chart and number twelve on the ''Billboard'' 200. New Found Glory
New Found Glory (formerly A New Found Glory) is an American rock band from Coral Springs, Florida, formed in 1997. The band currently consists of Jordan Pundik (lead vocals), Ian Grushka (bass guitar), Chad Gilbert (lead guitar, backing vocals), and Cyrus Bolooki (drums). Longtime rhythm guitarist and lyricist Steve Klein left the band in late 2013. During their lengthy recording career, the band have released ten studio albums, one live album, two EPs, and four cover albums. After forming in 1997, New Found Glory released their debut studio album '' Nothing Gold Can Stay'' in 1999. Soundwave was an annual music festival held in major cities around Australia, run and promoted by Soundwave Touring. The festival originated in Perth, Western Australia, and began travelling to the other List of Australian capital cities, Australian capital cities in 2007. Drive-Thru Records
Drive-Thru Records was a California-based independent record label owned by siblings Richard and Stefanie Reines. The label was partially responsible for popularizing the pop-punk/emo merger sound of the early to mid-2000s. After facing financial obstacles in getting their bands' music into stores, Drive-Thru entered into a distribution deal with MCA/Universal. In 2003 MCA was dissolved and folded into Geffen Records. One of the clauses of that agreement was MCA/Geffen being able to sign any band of their choosing from Drive-Thru's roster. Once the Universal deal ended, they signed a contract with independent label Sanctuary Records. Starting with a new roster, the label garnered a top 10 platinum hit with "Here In Your Arms" by Hellogoodbye. ''From the Screen to Your Stereo Part II'' is a cover album by American band New Found Glory, and is the follow-up from the 2000 EP '' From the Screen to Your Stereo''. All the tracks are covers of songs from motion picture soundtracks. In 2019, the band released another album in the series, '' From the Screen to Your Stereo 3'', under the Hopeless label. A lyricist is a songwriter who writes lyrics (the spoken words), as opposed to a composer, who writes the song's music which may include but not limited to the melody, harmony, arrangement and accompaniment. Stephen Lee "Steve" Klein (born September 29, 1979) is an American musician and record producer. He is most famous for being the co-founder of Florida rock group New Found Glory, for whom he was the primary lyricist and rhythm guitarist. Career and Arrest Having formed New Found Glory with frontman Jordan Pundik in 1997, Klein performed on seven of the band's ten studio albums. Klein also contributed guitar to the band's now defunct alter-ego side project, The International Superheroes of Hardcore, where he was known under the pseudonym of " Mr. Mosh".
