North Macedonia Men's National Basketball Team
The North Macedonia men's national basketball team () represents North Macedonia in international basketball and is controlled by the Basketball Federation of North Macedonia. They joined FIBA in 1993, after they gained Independence Day (North Macedonia), independence from Yugoslavia. That same year the national team played their first official match against Estonia national basketball team, Estonia. Prior to 1993, Macedonian players took part on the Yugoslavia men's national basketball team, Yugoslavia national team. Macedonia debuted in their first international tournament at the EuroBasket in EuroBasket 1999, 1999. Aleksandar Jončevski
Aleksandar Jončevski (born 9 January 1981) is a Macedonian professional basketball coach. He was most recently the head coach for Śląsk Wrocław of the Polish Basketball League (PLK). Coaching career He started his coaching career in 2010 in KFUM Uppsala U18 in Sweden. After being one year ass.coach in Rabotnicki, he became assistant head coach in MZT Skopje from 2012 to 2015, competing in Adriatic League, ULEB Eurocup and the national Championship. The Croatia men's national basketball team () represents Croatia in international basketball matches. The team is controlled by the Croatian Basketball Federation (HKS).
