Norli (bookshop)
Norli Libris, is a Norwegian bookstore chain that owns both Norli and Libris book stores. Norli Libris owns bookstores in the Norli chain directly, while the Libris stores are mainly owned by individuals. Founded in 2000 as Norli Gruppen AS (renamed to Norli Group), later merging to become Norli Libris AS, it is one of the largest bookshop chains in Norway. One of Norli's bookshops in the city center of Oslo has around 60,000 different titles, making it one of the largest selections of books in Scandinavia. They sell books both in Norwegian and other languages. History 1999-2009 Norli Gruppen AS was formed in 1999 & 2000 by Lauritzen Bokhandel and Aschehoug merging their stores. ''Aksjeselskap'' is the Norwegian term for a stock-based company. It is usually abbreviated AS, historically often written as A/S. An AS is always a limited company, i.e. the owners cannot be held liable for any debt beyond the stock capital. Public companies are called Allmennaksjeselskap (ASA), while companies without limited liability are called '' Ansvarlig selskap'' (ANS). All AS companies must have a stock capital of at least NOK 30,000. In addition, they must have a board of directors, depending on the size of turnover, balance sheet total or number of employees, an auditor. Arild Lauritzen
Arild () is a locality situated in Höganäs Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden with 522 inhabitants in 2010. It is located in the bay of Skälderviken in north-western Scania, approximately 30 km north of Helsingborg in Sweden. Arild belongs to Brunnby parish with its seat in Brunnby. The parish is represented in Arild by Arilds Chapel. H. Aschehoug & Co. (W. Nygaard), commonly known as Aschehoug,() is one of the largest independent publishing companies in Norway, founded in 1872. Headquartered in Oslo, the publishing house has 480 employees. The Aschehoug group also comprises other publishing houses owned partially or wholly by Aschehoug. Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. Drammen () is a city and municipality in Viken (county), Viken, Norway. The port and river city of Drammen is centrally located in the south-eastern and most populated part of Norway.
