Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) is a professional esports organisation based in Sweden that is best known for its ''Counter-Strike'' teams. In 2012, the team reformed with a '' Counter Strike: Global Offensive'' lineup upon the release of the game. Aside from ''Counter-Strike'', the organisation has teams in ''Valorant'', ''Rainbow Six Siege'', ''FIFA'', and ''League of Legends''. They formerly had teams in ''Fortnite Battle Royale'', ''Overwatch'', ''PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds'' and ''Paladins''. History Ninjas in Pyjamas were formed in June 2000. Their biggest success was winning the 2001 Cyberathlete Professional League World Championships after an extremely close final with X3 (a forerunner to Team 3D). Nickel

Christopher Alesund (born 29 May 1990), better known as GeT_RiGhT, is a Swedish '' Counter-Strike'' player who is currently a streamer for Dignitas. During his time as a member of Ninjas in Pyjamas, he was considered one of the best ''Counter-Strike'' players in the history of the series. He began playing competitively in 2007 and has previously been a member of SK Gaming, Fnatic, Begrip Gaming, Ninjas in Pyjamas and Dignitas. The Frankfurt Major, also known as the Fall Major, was a ''Dota 2'' tournament which took place from November 13–21, 2015. The tournament took place at the Festhalle Frankfurt in Frankfurt, Germany. The International 2015 (TI5) was the fifth edition of The International, an annual ''Dota 2'' esports championship tournament, which took place at the KeyArena in Seattle. Hosted by Valve, the game's developer, the tournament began in May with the qualifier phase and ended after the main event in August. Emil Pathric William Christensen, also known as HeatoN, is an esports manager and former Swedish professional ''Counter-Strike'' player, formerly playing as captain of the gaming team Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP). HeatoN was the manager of NiP up until October 2018 when he decided to part ways with the organisation to focus on his own brand. He is widely considered one of the best ''Counter-Strike'' players of all time. Playing career The name HeatoN comes from a brand of equipment, which is now owned by CCM, he used when he played ice hockey. Emil's first hobby was ice hockey, but he retired because of an injury.
