Nikolo Kotzev's Nostradamus
''Nikolo Kotzev's Nostradamus'' is a rock opera in three acts written by Nikolo Kotzev about the life and times of Nostradamus. It was released in a 2-CD set in 2001; it has been performed live for the first time in Sofia, Bulgaria, on November 18th and 19th, 2016. Several members of Kotzev's main project, Brazen Abbot, also appear on this album. A concept album is an album whose tracks hold a larger purpose or meaning collectively than they do individually. This is typically achieved through a single central narrative or theme, which can be instrumental, compositional, or lyrical. Sometimes the term is applied to albums considered to be of "uniform excellence" rather than an LP with an explicit musical or lyrical motif. Nelko Kolarov
Nelko Kolarov ( bg, Нелко Коларов) (born July 19, 1959) is a Bulgarian composer, conductor and musician. Outside Bulgaria, Kolarov is perhaps best known for his collaborations with Nikolo Kotzev and his solo album ''Day of wrath''. Biography Kolarov was born in Varna. From 1981 until 1985 he was a member of the popular Bulgarian rock band Impuls, where he first got experience in writing and arranging songs. During this period, he also studied at the Bulgarian State Conservatory in Sofia, from which he graduated in 1985 with a major in orchestra conducting. After graduation he became the conductor of the Varna Philharmonic Orchestra. Jan-Håkan "Ian" Haugland (born 13 August 1964) is the drummer in the Swedish rock band Europe. When he was eight months old, he and his family moved to the Stockholm suburb of Märsta, Sweden. He joined Europe in the summer of 1984, replacing Tony Reno. Previously Haugland had played in a number of bands, including Trilogy, where Candlemass bassist Leif Edling sang, and Yngwie J. John Levén
John Gunnar Levén (born 25 October 1963 in Stockholm, Sweden) is a Swedish bassist in the Swedish rock band Europe. Levén and vocalist Joey Tempest are the only band members who have performed on all of Europe's studio albums. Career When Levén was 7 years old, he and his family moved to the suburb Upplands Väsby, where several members of Europe grew up. He joined the band in 1981, replacing Peter Olsson. Gunnar Mathias "Mic" Michaeli (born 11 November 1962) is a Swedish musician best known as the keyboardist for the rock band Europe. Like many of the other Europe members he grew up in Stockholm suburb Upplands Väsby. He joined the band for their ''Wings of Tomorrow'' tour in 1984, taking vocalist Joey Tempest's place behind the keyboards. Glenn Hughes (British Musician)
Glenn Hughes (born 21 August 1951) is an English bassist and singer, best known for playing bass and performing vocals in funk rock band Trapeze and in the Mk. III and IV line-ups of Deep Purple, as well as briefly fronting Black Sabbath in the mid-1980s. He is known by fans as "The Voice of Rock" due to his soulful and wide-ranging singing voice. In addition to being an active session musician, Hughes also maintains a notable solo career.
