According to the 2022 census, there were 8,368 resident Nigerians in Ireland in 2022. 20,559 persons usually resident in the state in 2022 were born in Nigeria, an increase of 3,990 since 2016. They constitute the largest African group in the country. Migration History The first significant mass-migration of Nigerians to Ireland comprised Nigerians from the United Kingdom. The Courts Service is the national council of the judiciary of Ireland. It is a statutory corporation which provides administration and support services to the Courts of the Republic of Ireland. It was established in 1999 by the ''Courts Service Act 1998''. Its head office is at Phoenix House, Smithfield, Dublin.
